    I agree. Why would they not fully integrate the presence sync with teams? Seems a little useless to even have this feature if you get marked as "away" on teams and then RingCentral marks you as available. If you didn't log out of the call queue before teams goes to "away" then it will put you back in. This seems to only be an issue for our users in call queues. For everyone else, it works great.

  3. Ability to generate report that tracks an agents status throughout the day, like when they're available/not available/ on DND etc
