The Position in Queue, Estimated Wait Time, and Callback features are now available — helping reduce missed calls and improving customer experience by allowing callers to press 1 for a callback while keeping their place in line. 🙌
This feature is enabled for Ultra and Ultimate packages across all RC and Partner brands.

It would be very helpful to have 1 minute increments on schedules and custom rules. 15 minutes is too large an increment. Our previous phone system allowed schedules up to the minute which allowed us to dial in our schedules just as we needed them.

Yes, a way to exit a call queue with a key press and go to that queue's voicemail or another extension is an important feature.
