All Custom Rules- Weekly Schedule with 1-minute increments
The Ability to set 5 minutes prior using Weekly Schedule in the custom rule date/time options. When selecting a Specific Date Range, we can set it in 1-minute increments.

It would be very helpful to have 1 minute increments on schedules and custom rules. 15 minutes is too large an increment. Our previous phone system allowed schedules up to the minute which allowed us to dial in our schedules just as we needed them.

Ability to set specific time on admin portal, on user hours/custom rule to eg. 4:28PM instead of 15mins interval. This will allow flexibility on user schedule
