An error occurred while saving the comment Elizabeth commentedI used this setting for "mute background sound" and "remove background noise" both settings stopped all audio with my poly headset. 2 other co-works using different headsets also failed on Monday. We had activated these settings over a month ago and there were no issues. Maverick whom we use to work on the system told me it was an IT problem not ring centra when my audio was not working. It took 4 hours of my day in customer service to figure this out on my own. Why offer a setting if it doesn't work.

Working for a recycling company in customer service we have use several screens for calls. With one customer you have to check all these-Cust Acct, GPS, Email, Analytics and Ring CX. When the call ends you lose the screens to answer the next call. Would also be an improvement if mitel desk phone was compatible incase battery is low on headset.
