    This would also greatly help with duplicate announcements / outbound alerts being applied to calls being answered from park lines.

    This is extremely disappointing that this does not work as we used this feature all the time with our previous provider. Now that we have moved over we are unable to access some accounts with no viable workaround other than migrating back to another system.
