Receive the security code through a phone call

I would like the ability to receive the security code through a phone call. Right now, I can receive it through my email. I am not always able to get to my email, but would like to receive the code through a phone call.

    We recently switched to use Microsoft Authenticator for VPN and we would like to be able to receive Microsoft Authenticator phone calls on RingCentral in the event that a staff member loses there phone. This has been under review for over 4 years. What is the hold up? I don't understand why this cannot be allowed?

    This is extremely disappointing that this does not work as we used this feature all the time with our previous provider. Now that we have moved over we are unable to access some accounts with no viable workaround other than migrating back to another system.

    Please enable this option because it would make it safer for the users.

    This feature was not a problem with a different service provider, but since switching it has caused a big problem for our company not being able to receive security codes thru a simple phone call.
