Customer is a financial services company that is required to record all external calls. They would like the ability to exclude internal calls from automatic call recording

It is so annoying and frustrating to have to listen to the message notifying us that the call is being recorded every time we call another team member internally. It seems like this should be a simple fix. Please let us know when this has been implemented.

This is a common feature with this type of functionality and helps with excluding confidential company conversations from being published accidentally. This will reduce the friction of adoption as well.

Customer wants to deploy RingSense for Sales for all external calls, but internal calls should be excluded automatically.

We do not want internal calls recorded, but MUST record external calls, it is a waste to have automatic recording if we cannot use it due to the inability to exclude internal calls.
