It would be nice to be able to easily see the number of calls to a call group that did not make it past our Auto Attendent (we have it set so that callers need to press 1 to be able to connect to a Live Agent). We would like to be able to see how many calls dialed our number but did not effectively press 1 so that we can see both how effective our Robo/Spam caller filter is as well as determine if it is actually needed as we potentially loss clients who for 1 reason or the other do not press 1 to get connected (if it was a low volume of calls that do not press 1 to get connected, we might just remove that feature (pressing 1 to be connected to live agent) to prevent lost business.
