#2 is critical to us. We were told that RingCentral was a unified system but it is not and we lost busy indicators on the RingEX deskphones. This was a feature we had with our old Avaya system and it the productivity of our shipping department has been reduced because of this. Hope you can implement this feature as soon as possible.
