Option to turn off the ability to receive calls from External number
We need to implement the following:
- No External Dial by Extension in IVR
- No External Dial by Directory in IVR
- No External Dial by DID
- But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.
Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

This is huge issue. We have field service techs that we use the RingCentral Messaging to communicate with. There is no reason for them to get a call from an outside number. They should only be communicating with employees. Had we know this from the start we may have chosen Slack. I guess we are going to need to revisit this.
