While customer-initiated backup of all settings and configurations is not presently offered, there are policies and procedures in place to assist customers who may encounter a significant data loss. Any customer who experiences such an event should engage RingCentral immediately.

I understand that the original request specifies 911 notification routing based on the called number. However, if we implemented site-based 911 notification routing, would that still meet the requirements, as Craig mentioned in his comment below? I would appreciate your feedback.

As a community college, we need the ability to specify alert notification emails by site so that different groups can respond to public safety issues appropriately.

Enterprises need a way to create and download a snapshot of all tenant users, IVRs call groups, and settings. We need a way to create a certain amount of moment-in-time snapshots we can roll the whole tenant back to.
Disgruntled employees, on their last day, can cause immeasurable harm simply by hitting a delete button, or by releasing all the phone numbers you built your brand on, back into the wild....
Ring has resilience and availability. We're missing recover-ability.
