    Would be great to be able to import by security groups mapping along with the desired extension.

    For Privacy definitely need to be able to remove the last name from our users.

    It would help greatly to have the ability of selecting any fax number from the available drop down list. In fact it amazes me we have to ask for feature enhancement.
