I came here specifically for this comment- I second and third this. Revert back to the way messages were 1-2 weeks ago. Previously I could enter a number, create a contact and then chosse to call or text very quickly, now it's multiple steps. If I clicked on new messge, copied the number I could see the previous messages. Working around this update is creating more work, not improving my experience.
