    Our phones go off for parked calls we aren’t involved in. It gets chaotic, especially during busy times.

    Park Location alerts aren’t helpful when everyone sees everything. It would be great if only the right people got notified.

    It is very distracting when we get constant notifications for parked calls when we are busy on the teller line. It is very confusing if we are waiting for a response and hear the notification, but it is just a parked call. It would be nice if this problem could be fixed.

    Even when I’m not the one handling a call, I still get notified. This definitely clutters up the desktop experience.
