Enable option to limit a specific RingCentral app notifications
The customer wants to limit RingCentral app notifications. He only wants to disable call park notifications even if he is added as a member of a call park and still continue to receives other app notifications.

This suggestion speaks to the same need many of us have—just because someone is part of a call park group doesn’t mean they need to be notified every time. Customizing this per user or per app would help immensely.
I’d suggest merging this into the broader idea with the most community support: "Call Park Notification Control in the RingCentral Desktop App" (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/48082760). Centralizing the feedback will make the case even stronger for meaningful changes. -

I’d love more options to limit what I get notified about. It would keep things cleaner and more focused.

Just because I use the app doesn’t mean I want alerts from every part of it. Being able to toggle notifications by feature would help a lot.

Being able to control what types of alerts I get from each part of the app would make my workday a lot smoother.

Customizing notifications at the app level would help us work more efficiently. Everyone uses RingCentral differently.

I don’t need all the alerts—just the ones for what I actually use. Let me pick and choose.

It would be great to control notifications by app. That way I’m only seeing what’s relevant to my day-to-day work.

I want the flexibility to use what I need without being overwhelmed by alerts from features I don’t touch.

There are parts of RingCentral I don’t interact with, but I still get notified. That shouldn’t be the case.

App-level controls would be a huge step forward. Too many alerts from parts of RingCentral I don’t use.
