The folders would be the best idea, as it can be customized at an individual level.
Would also submit that this needs to be able to be edited on the admin level as well, for those that have trouble with technology or limited time to make these kinds of setups.Ariel

Active monitoring of all our properties is critical and 100 is less than a third of our current number.
If it's too much strain on the system to show them all at once, you could build in a group feature where only those in the group show up. Our setup would, for example, only have between 10 and 30 per "group" which should be very simple to show live activity for.

Wasn't aware that previous updates had all users shown in HUD before. This would be incredibly helpful to us as our previous service had this option and it is severely missed.
