We need this implemented ASAP, its impossible to understand the impact of a number being potentially flagged as Spam.

Not allowing Agents to cancel a transfer is creating a very negative experience with customers since they have to hang up on the whole call instead of just the transfer if the other end doesn't answer.

It's so silly that I have to go through all 35+ queues and manually setup a Holiday on each one because they don't follow the Holiday Schedule.
