    I will second the request to allow custom on hold music to start in random location rather than the start of the message each time. Those of us with MOH that are on a loop with multiple messages/updates, our clients will only hear the first message as each instance of on hold plays from the start. The messages late in the mp3 are never heard. Additionally, as others have noted, if the customer is taken off hold and then placed back onto hold, they hear the same messages again from the start. This defeats the purpose of having a loop with various messages and music.

    Agree. We have a loop but only the first messages get played.
