    Helpful Tip: If you know the name of the contact, you can type the name and it will pop up for you to select.

    That Said: 100% agree that this is a CRITICAL need for the desktop app. The first time I tried using the desktop app after using the mobile, I tried a transfer and didn't have my contacts at hand. Not knowing where to find the contact info sent me into a spiral while I needed to be transferring my client. Workarounds are fine when you know to expect them, but please let's be consistent across all platforms.
