Our office manufacturers oral appliances for dentists. It is critical that calls are returned as soon as possible. Not being able send a call directly to a queue's voicemail causes delays which doesn't work for us or our customers. This was a basic feature in our old PBX system. Really surprised that it doesn't exist here.

This would be extremely helpful- especially since longest idle includes outbound calls. Our old PBX system had this capability. It seems like it should be standard for any system that is promoted for a call center.
