    I agree! I cannot send MMS through the company number, only the "direct" inbox. I dont want to send the MMS via the direct inbox due to my employees also needing to have access to the text thread. My business also replies on sending information via MMS.

    I agree! Systems such as Hearsay/Nerdphone allow seamless shared sms. No need to assign back and forth. It would be nice to just have one shared inbox for my business that we can all chat back and forth with clients as needed. Right now, if there is a conversation that I am working on and assigned to me, but I will be out of office later in the day or busy, my employee would have to reassign the conversation to themselves in order to reply. Then when i'm back in office or available, I have to assign it back to myself. We should just be able to all reply to clients as needed without that extra step.
