Business SMS Booster (Shared SMS Inbox) Functionality on MMS.
Our organization actively uses the Business SMS Booster feature, and it works well within the RingCentral Desktop App, where the Shared SMS Inbox is fully accessible.
However, the Shared SMS tab does not work with MMS in the future as we completely launch the Business SMS Booster (Shared SMS Inbox).

I agree! I cannot send MMS through the company number, only the "direct" inbox. I dont want to send the MMS via the direct inbox due to my employees also needing to have access to the text thread. My business also replies on sending information via MMS.

Agree with the other comments. Our business also relies on MMS to prepare quotes and follow up with document request, without this feature, shared in box is almost useless to us.

We were using Shared Lines and logging into the old RC Phone App with the shared line phone number and password for texting. Unfortunately, the sunsetting of the RC Phone app has forced us to convert to Call Queues and designate one user for the Shared SMS Inbox with a couple of SMS Boosters per location. We lost MMS and email notifications of received texts. Currently exploring other alternatives.

our text messaging is primarily sales focused, and we rely heavily on customer sending photos to provide accurate pricing. MMS is imperative in the shared inbox for our company.

I second this; this booster should not negate our mms capabilities

This is critical. We need to send MMS so that there is an accurate log and time stamp for legal reasons. If we say we recommend "this product" and send a picture and then the customer purchases something else, we want to have the ability to go back in the history and look at the prior conversation. It is just common-sense business practice that this is essential to running a business when 90% of people communicate through texting.

We have the same issue. We can't send MMS from our main company number which we always used.
