SMS Shared Inbox For User Extension
A feature is needed to enable an SMS shared inbox, where messages sent to a main number assigned to one user extension can also be shared with other user extensions as recipients.

Messages in from outside are seen by all, but when (1) of our employees responds, the rest cannot see the response unless the person replying selcts "unassign"
This feature needs to be seamless, like a chat group.
You are 1/2 way there with the incoming text, need it easier, seamless in replies.
