I know that users can login into the Admin portal in order to manage the deleted messages but it would valuable to be able to manage all voicemails and recover deleted emails through the app or on the website without having to login into another portal to accomplish this.

Yes, this would ensure the group handling knows what is going on with each voicemail and duplicate work isn't being done and customers are getting the proper customer service.
