Please allow the ability to pull from the Global Address List in Office 365 - Settings/Calendar and Contacts
Please allow the ability to pull from all the Global Address Lists in Office 365. The calendar and contacts Office 365 sync option was available in the old app, however it is not available in the new unified RC app. The setting must give us the ability to select from the list of all Global address lists from the Calendar and sync option.

Be Able to Block Specific SMS Text Messages from a Specific Number
One of our customers is saying she is receiving graphic texts from a specific number (404) 438-6695 and she wants to block them from texting her.

Add ability to turn off recording announcement.
In certain states(Colorado) you do not need to announce a call is being recorded, as only one participant on the call may know if the call is recorded, by law. We would like to take off the announcement that a call is being recorded per extension, queue.

Ability for the status to change to DND or Busy when your linked calendar shows busy.

Update CNAM
Our caller ID is coming up as American Airlines. This is very misleading to our customers. After speaking with a tech support agent, he said that a CNAM database needs to be updated. There has to be a way for this not to happen so the correct name is displayed when placing calls. It should not matter the type of phone you are calling. Especially when the majority of people use cellphones. Please help.

More than 10 people for Call Queue Simultaneous
My phones need to ring to every sales person. Please add an option to ring to everyone, not just 10 people. Then allow the admin to select what phone will not ring.

Caller ID label
When any phone call comes through RingCentral, it would be nice to have the phone ringing say "RingCentral" because we use our personal phones as work phones, it would be great to have that distinction

Scheduled Out of Office periods for "Accepting Queue Calls"
Our client services department has consistent schedules throughout the week. It would be nice to be able to set a "working hours" period where users are automatically taken out of the queue. Or likewise, set an "away" period automatically for lunch periods, scheduled weekly meetings, and etc.

Ability to subscribe to notifications from service status web page
We need ability to receive real-time alerts when an issue is posted on your service status page. And an ability to subscribe to these alerts, as many other vendors provide. Webhook availability for PagerDuty or Slack would be even better.

call queue identification
I am needing to be able to know what call queue I am answering, even when I am away from my desk. On our old digium system. I could get a announcement when I am answering for a specific queue. I have 3 queues currently. 2 are for our wholesale companies different locations, one is for the retail side. I would like to be able to have some of our wholesale guys answering calls for both queues. A simple announcement after answering is how the digium worked. "If you know your party's extension, you may dial it at anytime" option in Multi Level IVR
This is a very common feature with most IVRs and is a widely used option for companies of all sizes. Obviously, this could be difficult since 0-9 prompts are assigned, and all extensions would start with one of those numbers. Basically, there could be a 2 -3 second pause once the caller presses a number so the IVR can determine if the caller is choosing a prompt or wanting to dial an extension. Seems practical - would love to have this option.

Change the city the phone number is tied to
When we phone out, our location on people's caller ID shows us located in a different city and province than where we are actually located. This is becoming a problem as people are sensitive to possible scams and/or want to deal with local companies only. We have to explain that it's VOIP and when we signed up this was how the number was assigned but people are skeptical. Also, some won't answer our calls because they aren't local. There should be a way to change the number location to reflect where we actually are!

Allow Desktop & Mobile Ring Grouping for Call Handling & Forwarding
Right now, desktop & mobile can not be added to ring groups so it is only beneficial if you want to let it ring on desktop/mobile first for sequential or if you are using a simultaneous setup. If it can be part of a custom group you can have it ring on desktop/mobile and say your yealink phone simultaneously before it forwards to another sequential option (ie. an answering service).

Add Vacation option
Adding a vacation option will automatically disable the phone from receiving calls. this will help with people who have a ring central app and will take the work out from having to disable or dnd the line.

Allow 2 people to be on the same phone call
For training purposes, allow 2 people to use two different phones or desktop applications to be on the same phone call. Much like how a split training headset would work
