Our company cover page keeps disappearing and when added back to the cover pages, it cannot be edited, nothing can be added to it. Can't even add an optional note when sending the fax. Please fix ASAP.3 votes -
External fax Forwarding Notification
We are hoping to set our fax number to forward to an external fax number. We have spoken with technical support and troubleshooted the issue. We were able to set the fax to forward to an external number; however, the fax message that should be sent to email is not being received from the fax emails in the notification. Fax email
It would be useful to have all notification emails come from Notify@ringcentral.com NOT from the marketing email Service@ringcentral.com. This causes issues when trying to filter for important emails buried within these marketing emails. It seems that there are some notifications that got it right, but some did not. This would fix a lot of issues with rules within Outlook and tools alike.

The cover page generated by RC contains crucial transmission details and needs to be received by the sender as an option.
The cover page generated by RingCentral contains crucial transmission details (sender info, recipient info, date/time, subject, number of pages) that aren't always fully replicated in the same format on the basic status confirmation report. The users want proof of what was sent, including the RingCentral's generated cover-page details. We currently receive fax status confirmation through email, would it be possible to include the server's generated cover page along with the transmission confirmation status report from our sent faxes?

Send fax transmission results to email of fax sender
We have a number of people who can do email to fax for a specific extension. As it is, when someone sends a fax via email, they do not get a notification of the fax transmission results. We do not want all of the email to fax users get all fax transmission results, just for the ones they send.

Able to preview incoming TIF Faxes in the RingCentral App
Viewing incoming TIF faxes
Now that we have incoming faxes set to TIF format, the embedded viewer will not open them like it did for PDF files. We need the TIF format, so is there a work around to be able to preview the TIF files in the ringcentral app or will we have to resort to downloading each of them first to see the incoming fax?

Separate notification for Failed and Successful Faxes
Currently, we have the messaging notifications set for Fax Transmission Results which is for Failed and Successfully sent faxes. The customer wants to only receive notifications for failed faxes and does not want to get a notification for successfully sent faxes. Requesting to have a feature for both transmission result in a separate setting.

disable fax in all auto receptionist numbers.
We keep getting faxes to mostly our main number and I need them to stop. Our faxes are routed through our EMR and managed by our Medical Records department. It would be better if all of our Auto-Receptionist numbers just had faxing disabled and I can't find a way to do this.
