Muted Conversation Improvement
The "mute conversation" feature could be improved, as they do not truly mute. I wish a muted conversation did not populate the notification bubble on desktop or mobile apps. In app, the conversation could just be bold instead of populating the unread messages bubble. To me, the notification bubble always signals I need to read a message. Until I'm in the app I can't tell if it's something I really need to address (an unmuted team) or something that I really didn't (a muted team). Send voice messages over chat
As a user I'd like to record a quick voice message and send that as an attachment in the chat pane. Like you can do in Whatsapp.Just press a button to record voice, speak your message, then click a button to stop recording. Then send.At the other end, recipient sees the sent file, they click to play the audio, click to stop, click to download it etc.

Show time when message been sent and edited
Like other messaging platform, there is an option to see on when was the sender edited their messages.This would be a simple feature that might come in handy when it comes to messaging.

Once a message has been edited, if you hover over the (Edited) text, you will see time and date stamp for the edit.

RingCentral Desktop App - Multiple Chat Windows
We are looking to be able to have multiple chat windows open at the same time in the right hand pane of the RingCentral desktop app. If this is something that is not possible, are you able to introduce a message pop out feature?

Create threads from messages
When there are a large number of members in a team it would be nice to be able to create a thread from a single message. This pulls that particular conversation out of the main flow of messages so the conversation doesn't get lost and can be continued by only the applicable parties.
