Send voice messages over chat
As a user I'd like to record a quick voice message and send that as an attachment in the chat pane. Like you can do in Whatsapp.Just press a button to record voice, speak your message, then click a button to stop recording. Then send.At the other end, recipient sees the sent file, they click to play the audio, click to stop, click to download it etc.

I would really appreciate it if you can add the ability to send VMs on RC like whatsapp allows to send VMs. Typing so much all day gets tiring and causes communication sentiment confusion at times too so sending VMs still avoiding getting on a meeting/call will be huge help. Please put this on your roadmap.

It would be great to hit a microphone button and speak to the message and texting app (like we do on our iphones) to send messages. Would work well if you had disabilities or preferred the voice to text option.

It would greatly improve productivity to have an audio voice recording feature like Slack does. We found that extremely helpful but would like to stay on one platform opposed to two.

It would be helpful to have a dictation feature similar to WhatsApp so that instead of typing long text messages one can easily speak through their device microphone and have RingCentral convert that into a text message ready to be sent to a contact or in a team chat.

Press record button and send a voice message to easily communicate with clients. Some clients can't read or write and voice messages would be easier since they always ask for a Whatsapp but I am unable to give out my personal one.

Our sales team likes to personalize messaging and having the ability to send a voice note to a lead instead of a type text sms like imessage or FB messenger has is a great way to do this
