Paging device Simultaneous RingingWe have a Cyberdata Strobe and 2 Airhorns provisioned through RingCentral. We also have a YeaLink cordless phone added as well. They are online and working, but will only activate when the devices are set to Ring In Order. When Simultaneous Ring is selected, only the RC desk phone and the YeaLink will ring. The Cyberdata devices will not repsond.So all devices will ring (and strobe will flash) one at a time with Ring In Order or only the 2 phones will ring with Simultaneous. Transfer Directly to Voicemail Softkey - On Mitel 6940 PhonesHi we have Mitel 6940 phones at our offices, running on the RingCentral platform. The Mitel 6940 phones seemingly have the capability to transfer calls directly to voicemail via a "VM" softkey that appears when transferring calls (see YouTube video: https://youtu.be/Dfccs5AnSNY). However, it does not show up for us. After discussing with our RingCentral representative, it seems that this feature is not enabled for these phones on the RingCentral platform. Show Original Callers Number in Caller ID When Transferring Calls on Mitel PhonesWe are having an issue where the wrong caller ID is displayed when we transfer calls. When you transfer a call, if you press the speed dial on your phone, it will display the user's extension for the person receiving the transfer instead of the caller’s phone number. It is very confusing when we answer the phone expecting it was an internal call only to find an external caller.
