Polycom VVX 250 and 450: DND Status Should Show Red on the Presence Keys.This should make the user aware that the extension they have on their presence keys are on DND so they no longer have to press or select them and be forwarded to the voicemail which saves time and effort.

Paging device Simultaneous Ringing
We have a Cyberdata Strobe and 2 Airhorns provisioned through RingCentral. We also have a YeaLink cordless phone added as well. They are online and working, but will only activate when the devices are set to Ring In Order. When Simultaneous Ring is selected, only the RC desk phone and the YeaLink will ring. The Cyberdata devices will not repsond.So all devices will ring (and strobe will flash) one at a time with Ring In Order or only the 2 phones will ring with Simultaneous. Allow local directories to Polycom Phones
It would be beneficial for customers with Polycom phones with limited lines to allow local directories be setup and supported by RingCentral to enable storage of local contacts.

Program a forward button to transfer incoming calls to another desk phone without answering the call.
It would be very helpful to have a physical button on the desk phone that can forward the call to another desk phone/extension without needing to answer it initially. This can help our customer not having to enable the custom rule on their online account and just be able to transfer the call as quickly as possible.

Ability to customize password for Poly phones without reverting it to the default.
Due to configuration via assisted provisioning, whenever the customer is changing the password of the phones, it just reverts back to the default password. Customer would like more customization power.

Video calling should also be a feature of Yealink phones with cameras.
Yealink phones with cameras should have the same video calling capabilities as Poly VVX phones.

CISCO CP Series - Firmware Update 12.0 Above
There are integration systems like Multicast Streams that require software version/MPP version to be updated to 12.0 or above. However, the phone reverts back to the default firmware and does not accept the manual firmware update. Allow phones to have default firmware version 12.0 or above.

Be able to handle multiple conference calls using deskphone
When the user is on a conference call, he should be able to take another call leaving the 2 person on the conference and continue the conversation. And the user would like to be be to junp from one conference call to another.

Turn Custom Rules on and off Via a Physical handset.
this would be useful because a lot of customers don't want to have to login to the web portal to do this. they want a button programmed on the handset that they can just push to turn on and off. Same goes for the RC PC App. if it can be done in there as well by just toggling a switch on and off. many customers would love the convenience that would bring them.

Transfer Directly to Voicemail Softkey - On Mitel 6940 Phones
Hi we have Mitel 6940 phones at our offices, running on the RingCentral platform. The Mitel 6940 phones seemingly have the capability to transfer calls directly to voicemail via a "VM" softkey that appears when transferring calls (see YouTube video: https://youtu.be/Dfccs5AnSNY). However, it does not show up for us. After discussing with our RingCentral representative, it seems that this feature is not enabled for these phones on the RingCentral platform. Would be great to have this feature available as it's heavily used in our environment.

Show Original Callers Number in Caller ID When Transferring Calls on Mitel Phones
We are having an issue where the wrong caller ID is displayed when we transfer calls. When you transfer a call, if you press the speed dial on your phone, it will display the user's extension for the person receiving the transfer instead of the caller’s phone number. It is very confusing when we answer the phone expecting it was an internal call only to find an external caller. It appears that this was corrected for some other phone manufacturers, https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-48. Can you please correct it on the Mitel phones? We are using the Mitel 6940 phones.

Connect an external speaker to Desk Phone
We have a desk phone used in a loud warehouse. We need a way to increase the volume of the desk phones volume for the ring tone on inbound calls substantially so workers not nearby the phone can still hear the phone ring throughout the warehouse and come to answer it when needed. We want to connect any speaker attachments or devices available that are compatible with Yealink T46U desk phone model.

Unable to Conference with Two External Calls
We recently migrated to RingCentral and have come to discover that one of the biggest features we use is not available with RingCentral. From our desk phones, we are unable to conference if the two calls we want to conference are both external. It gives a busy signal instantly.To clarify, if we call an external phone number, then try to conference with a second external number, this does not work.
