We currently have a large pool of our users using the RC Phone app, the main reason for this is the fact that it is small and can sit in the corner of their Screen and doesn't require much desktop real estate. As we have been trying to migrate our users over to the RC app, this has been a huge roadblock. If there was a way to Pop-out or the dialer into a new window that can be moved outside of the RC app window this would allow for the same functionality as was available with the Phone App.…

  3. Old RC would provide sound notifications even if your app was focused. You could be ative in a team, and still receive sound notifications for other teams. Now, you do not get any sound notifications if the app is focused - it NEEDS to be out of focus / not active in order to get sound notifications.

  4. Currently, all configured extensions are published in the RingCentral Office Directory. Enable administrator the option to choose whether or not a telephone extension is published in the RingCentral Office directory

  6. Currently Call Queue Notifications could be sent to the email or can be checked in the Admin Portal.It will be very useful for our RC Customers to be able to receive those notifications in the RC App.

  7. W would like to be able to temporary forward all calls to an extension to another ringcentral user. Example one user closes down for the day and would like to forward all calls to another agent in the office using a cell phone app

  8. Super admins for RingCentral accounts can't change any Glip team settings unless they created the team or the creator makes them an admin of the team concerned. They cannot view a list of existing teams.Add a fully functional Glip admin screen

  11. I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

    Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients.   12. Signing onto the Support.ringcentral.com site to get anything done is a true hassle. You go to the site, click the link to log in, then when you click on the My Cases link, you are told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in again. Then, once you are viewing your case list, when you click on a case to view that case, you are again told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in FOR A THIRD TIME!   13. Answer phone calls with a keyboard shortcut (hotkey) when using the Ring Central App for desktops. Scrambling with the mouse to click on the answer button when receiving a phone call seems. The RC phone app has this feature, why wasn't it added to the ring central app?

  15. When a call is coming in, there is no ability to forward/transfer said call to another extension to answer. There is only a button for sending to voicemail or answering. I want to be able to send the call to my assistant without having to answer it, put on hold, and transfer.

  16. Scheduling work hours is great so that work calls don't come through the mobile app after hours, the problem is that other notifications such as voicemail do make it through. Adding a customizable option to turn off notifications after hours when setting work hours would allow us to ensure that we are not interrupted by work when we are not on the clock. We could go back to enjoying our evenings and weekends again!

  17. There is no easy way to get a voicemail to a coworker without downloading and sending. Because our email is cloud based we have no access to audio from our email.

RC - formerly Glip - has a task functionalityin the version 20.3.20 users were able to see their messages specific to that task in a right-hand side window in the RC app.users in 20.4.xx no longer can. the messages are just in the main window with all the other messages for that team.is there no way for users in the 'newer' version to see the messages for a specific task in a separate side window or view?

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.
