Allow administrators to administer Glip teams
Super admins for RingCentral accounts can't change any Glip team settings unless they created the team or the creator makes them an admin of the team concerned. They cannot view a list of existing teams.Add a fully functional Glip admin screen

Hide Contacts from RingCentral Contacts List
I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

Single Sign-On for Support Site
Signing onto the Support.ringcentral.com site to get anything done is a true hassle. You go to the site, click the link to log in, then when you click on the My Cases link, you are told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in again. Then, once you are viewing your case list, when you click on a case to view that case, you are again told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in FOR A THIRD TIME! Answer phone calls with a keyboard shortcut (hotkey) when using the Ring Central App for desktops. Scrambling with the mouse to click on the answer button when receiving a phone call seems. The RC phone app has this feature, why wasn't it added to the ring central app?

Ability to Forward Call to Another Extension
When a call is coming in, there is no ability to forward/transfer said call to another extension to answer. There is only a button for sending to voicemail or answering. I want to be able to send the call to my assistant without having to answer it, put on hold, and transfer.

Turn off notifications during nonwork hours for mobile app
Scheduling work hours is great so that work calls don't come through the mobile app after hours, the problem is that other notifications such as voicemail do make it through. Adding a customizable option to turn off notifications after hours when setting work hours would allow us to ensure that we are not interrupted by work when we are not on the clock. We could go back to enjoying our evenings and weekends again!

There is no easy way to get a voicemail to a coworker without downloading and sending. Because our email is cloud based we have no access to audio from our email.

Task functionality
RC - formerly Glip - has a task functionalityin the version 20.3.20 users were able to see their messages specific to that task in a right-hand side window in the RC app.users in 20.4.xx no longer can. the messages are just in the main window with all the other messages for that team.is there no way for users in the 'newer' version to see the messages for a specific task in a separate side window or view?

Call Queue Voicemails
Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

Themes for the new Desktop App
We have been using Classic (Glip) for our team messaging and do not like the new Desktop App replacement because it lacks the ability to change Themes or to customize the layout/colors in any way other than accepting the 'light' or 'dark' modes, neither of which are either pleasing or suitable. Please consider adding back in the ability to change the Theme, or to modify the background and font colors on each section.

RingCentral App needs a setting to "Bring to front" on an incoming call, not just a task bar notification
Just like the RingCentral softphone, the RC App needs a way to ALWAYS bring the RC App to the front/foreground when an incoming call arrives. This is critical especially for IVR Agents that need to take the call. Today, one has to click on the taskbar notification, then the RC App appears. Only then can the agent accept of reject the call.

Keyboard shortcut to access the search bar in RingCentral App
If you use the RingCentral App actively for messages and text, the search bar is crucial for quickly finding conversations. Please add direct access to it via a shortcut (e.g., the "/" symbol) to avoid having to click around.

Fax confirmation with image
EU would like them to have the ability to receive a confirmation page that the fax was received by the recipient. It is specifically an image of the page that was faxed on the confirmation page.
