Call Queue Voicemails
Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

As a call queue manager, I would be able to access all voicemails from a call queue extension using the RingCentral application.

Yes, this is a needed feature. This is especially needed for your customers with HIPAA limitation settings turned on, because we don't even receive Call Queue voicemails in our emails (we only receive an email notification with no playable recording). Currently, to check Call Queue voicemail (with HIPAA settings turned on), users have to log out of their own accounts and log into the Call Queue extension account every time they want to listen to a voicemail.

Put call queue voicemails in the desktop/mobile app so there isn't the awkwardness of using the website and the app at the same time.For bonus points, implement it in a chat team so voicemails can be discussed and assigned as tasks for different members of the queue.

The app is less useful without being able to access all voicemails including call queue voicemails when multiple people need to access the voicemail box.

This would be a very useful addition!Please extend this functionality from service.ringcentral.com page, to the new Windows and Mac RC App. Enable the Queue Managers to listen to and delete queue voicemails right from within the same app that they use to access their personal voicemails.
