Shared VM and Fax suggestion
Share faxes or voicemails amongst users within the same queue....without having to leave the RingCentral app. To be as specific as possible, make the incoming fax and voicemail section shareable across users, so if one user checks a voicemail it becomes marked as read to all users. If we're really shooting for the moon here add an automatic label denoting who checked that fax/voicemail with a timestap for accountability. Everyone being blasted by texts and emails for each incoming item doesn't really seem appropriate in a place of business. "Already Exists" was a bit of an exaggeration on my "RingCentral…

Allow RC App(Unified) as Call forwarding - aside from the RC Phone App
User would like to have the option to do Call forwarding from User to User using the RC Unified app. Call forwarding works in RC Phone - but users are migrating all their member in using RC App (Unified).

Please add OneDrive as a file upload option in the new RingCentral app.
In the RingCentral Classic (GLIP) app, there existed a plethora of file upload sources, not the least of which was the widely-used OneDrive platform. The new RingCentral app lacks these options. It only has the ability to attach files from the local computer, or Google Drive which is not very commonly used in enterprise environments.Please restore the ablity to upload files from OneDrive.

Would like to view calendar that shows EVERYTHING at all times, the color tags
Its super hard to schedule something with a customer on the phone and we have to literally press on everyday + however more things are on that day, the old ring central showed the whole calendar by month and day and each block it showed what was scheduled for the entire day with every appt listed to see at all times without having to go back and clicking on every day. it made it quick and easy to schedule when you were not looking through each day to find a opening. Allow Box and other file storage upload options for new RC app
When adding files to chat or Teams we only have options for Local Computer. In the administration settings -> Manage file sharing please add Box and other cloud file storage options for us to enable.This is for the new RC app, not the classic which does have this option.

RingCentral App - Task Subjects
Tasks are a great tool for organization and communication within the unified RingCentral App. The RingCentral Classic app has the ability to add a subject line to new tasks while the new RingCentral App does not have this ability.

Add Launch URL capability to RingCentral App
This would allow us to launch external applications at the time of incoming call in the same way that we do when using the Phone app. Things like screen pops with additional information from our CRM can be initiated with this functionality.

Allow Managers to see who is accepting Queue Calls
Presently people can jump in and out of the call queue. Sometimes some users forget to turn it back on. We need a way for managers to be able to monitor who is in and out of the call queue to ensure that everyone is able to process incoming calls.

Allow the operator extention to be call queue
I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

Update profile picture without having RC messaging
we have messaging disabled (because we use MS Teams) and cannot update profile pictures. The request is to have the ability to update the profile picture number without using messaging to do so.

Add option to disable send with "enter" or "return" key
Some of my co-workers pre-maturely send unfinished messages by hitting enter. Their assumption is enter will move to the next line (as on email). Instead it sends half of their message and often creates confusion. It would be nice to have the option to toggle this on/off based on preference as you can do on Skype messaging (see screenshot attached)

bring back call block like in old app
I've been a Ring Central customer for many years. Recently I was forced to download the new RC app because the old app is discontinued. The new app is missing this feature ... When I receive a phone call on one of my business numbers (there are several) the number would be listed under my Recent Calls list.
