RingCentral App needs a setting to "Bring to front" on an incoming call, not just a task bar notification
Just like the RingCentral softphone, the RC App needs a way to ALWAYS bring the RC App to the front/foreground when an incoming call arrives. This is critical especially for IVR Agents that need to take the call. Today, one has to click on the taskbar notification, then the RC App appears. Only then can the agent accept of reject the call.

"Keep app in foreground" setting within the RingCentral Phone app is extremely useful, but this option does not exist in the RingCentral App. This is a great feature to have when working in a Remote Desktop environment. This avoids having to minimize RDP every time a call is placed through the RingCentral App.

in the last version I was able on the setting to determine that the keyboard is in front , so no matter what page I had open, the keypad of RC was always at the front

It would be beneificial if the notification itself could also include answer and reject buttons for even faster access.
