Add "Do Not accept call queue calls" to new RC app
If users simply turn on DND, they can't even take internal calls. We need this option in the new app!!

When "Do Not Disturb" is turned on, the RC desktop app shows a notification bar across the top of the program indicating that feature is on. There should be a similar notification bar for when "Accept Queue Calls" is turned off. (end users are forgetting when they turn this off for a period of time, and then spend the whole day with queue calls off)
