RingCentral App - Task Subjects
Tasks are a great tool for organization and communication within the unified RingCentral App. The RingCentral Classic app has the ability to add a subject line to new tasks while the new RingCentral App does not have this ability.

Sorting tasks into categories is essential to the way our company uses the app. It was great in RC Classic, but it is not available in the new version. PLEASE add a way to sort tasks into Groups or Sections.

Hi Becky, We recently opened Ring Central ticket 12033774 because one of our clients said the following:I am no longer able to create/assign Tasks under a head. When Editing a Task the Header field which is used to group are Tasks when running an Upgrade is no longer available to me (I attached a snapshot of the same Task viewed from my Laptop vs my colleague's and the Header is available on hers). Searched around in the Settings and could not find how to change this.His colleague version is 20.4.30 which displays the header but the version that he has is 20.3.20.2183 which does not display the header.The screenshots should be accessible in the closed Ring Central and I was told by Kevin from Ring Central that we need to submit a feature request / idea in order to get this header implemented in the new version as well. Robert, can you please be more specific about what you mean by a subject line? Currently, you are able to add a Task Title and a Task Description.
