Allow adding and editing Notes/Tasks in a separate window
For longer and more complex notes it becomes an issue that to read or change a note that it covers the entirety of the desktop app.Allowing it to pop out to a separate window would allow users to reference information sent in messages more easily as well as check and respond to incoming messages without having to save and close the note frequently or work with other text editing apps as intermediaries between RingCentral messages and RingCentral notes.

New incoming message generate a toast banner notification on Mac w/ manual dismiss
I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen. The capability to send a prerecorded message to many people
There are moments that we need to send message to whole congregation through email, text, and voicemail. If I could use ringcentral to send a prerecorded message would help greatly.

Allowing customers to log in using their email address to a different account even if it is already associated to another account.
It would be more convenient for the customer if the system can allow the same email address to be used as a log in credential even if email address also associated to another account.

Re-add ability to search for every time a word appears in an SMS conversation
Until a couple of weeks ago, RingCentral had the ability to search for every time a word appears in an SMS conversation.For example, if I was texting Bob about pizza, I'd be able to see the messages containing "pizza" from yesterday, a week ago, and a month ago.This feature disappeared at some point in the last few weeks, and it's made SMS search pretty useless as a result.Now if I search for "pizza", it just returns the most recent time it was mentioned in my conversation with Bob. Ring Central Video Ability to connect Non 365 Outlook Calendar- Feature Request
Currently the new RC Video is not able to link to Microsoft on premise exchange / Outlook. The only options to link a calendar are Google or MS 365. I must say I understand the move off of the Zoom platform but to ask people to be moved off by March 8th 2021 and lose these necessary features makes it very difficult.Thank you in advance,Derek

block the user who is known to be using your platform in committing cybercrime..
You should block reported user/s who perpetuated cybercrime using your flatform. There must be a way to flag and block the account if it is determined as fraudulent. I am in communication with one right now whom I verified as job recruiter scammer whose aim is obtain personal information and conduct a fraudulent bank transaction

Set task, notify assignee
When setting a task for a team member, currently they are not "pinged".We have many "teams" set up with multiple members on each team.It would be most helpful when assigning a task, the team member the task is assigned to is notified rather than just having to periodically checking tasks throughout the day. Contact presence should be more descriptive than just a colored dot
Contact presence should show words like available, unavailable, in a meeting, etc beyond just the colored dot. Currently, when dialing a phone you have to click on the contact name to see the presence status. Also, a gray dot may not be readily understood.

Ring Central needs to do a better job of parsing URLs
Attached I have a text chat with 4 URLs in it. For some reason RC is only parsing one of them as a URL. The rest behave as plain text. Position in the message doesn't seem to matter either, if the .org URL is in the middle of a message it will still be parsed as a URL and RC will create a hyperlink for it. Monitoring Impromptu Conference Calls
We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.

Prevent app from minimizing to system Tray
When I log in the following day, open up Ring Central and go to take a call, the client is often bugged out and the call never comes through which If I were one of our customers that just waited on hold for 30 minutes only to find the person that connected can't hear me, it would piss me off.
