Simplify call forwarding procedure
It would be great to add a button on the app or dial pad that allows unconditional call forwarding by pressing it and typing a name or number. That way users can change forwarding state and destination quickly, rather than go to the service portal and change it each time.

Almost all PBX and VoIP systems have the ability to enable call forwarding for an extension via dialing a code from a desk phone. RingCentral lacking this feature prevents the users from controlling the call forwarding in the way they are used to from previous phone systems.
