Delete your account with Ringcentral, it's more worth investing into your current cellular plan.
The customer service quality is awful and a waste of the customer's time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training, the representatives are not trained enough on how the platform works or have hard time understand language. It could be a language barrier. Either way, it makes the situation hard in attempt to solve the problem because being on the phone is hard enough. It sounds like they outsource their customer service to other countries without the proper training to provide them, Either way, it is frustrating attempting to get a hold of Ringcentral. The customer service is 2/10. They have you waiting 45min or more to get a hold. The online chat is a bot that always sends you customer service link to find the sources online. It's like the system is in place in order not to call them about their service unless you are buying something from them. The worst part of this platform is the 2003 interface. Where's the scheduled texting, grouping contacts or automatic default settings on the numbers? The system they try to force you to use is more Slack style, but that's not the feature were looking for. We just want a phone line with text that we can use from the same phone. We are not trying to switch our potential clients to a platform. Or the misleading marketing that Ringcentral claims when it comes to CRM. On the interface is says get this CRM free with your account but when you contact these companies is always an additional cost and it's not small.The worst part is the contract, I'm not happy with the service but I can't cancel because the if I do I would have to buy out the remainder of the contract. They have to rely on those terms to sustain this trainwreck of a company.For the other customers, please comment below the worst feature of Ringcentral and your personal experience of it.
