Call forwarding to the RingCentral Mobile App when direct user extension was dialed.
Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

I have an extension set up that forwards phone calls to a mix of standard user desk phones and limited user desk phones. I would like the standard users RC mobile app to ring when the extension is dialed (just like their desk phone does). It seems to me that if a call is forwarded to a user, it should be able to ring to all user apps and devices.

Hopefully we can have an option to forward calls from 1 extension to another using new RC App via desktop or mobile. Any extension that is part of the forwarding or Ring Group.

We would like for forwarded calls to ring on the RingCentral mobile app. These calls worked fine through the "RC Phone" app but have since stopped after a forced update to the "RingCentral" mobile app.With the way our call flow is configured, we cannot use the suggested workaround and set these calls up to come through a call queue.
