  1. I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available.   3. Please consider adding the full range of call blocking features to all extension types. Currently, only user extensions and call queues have the full set of call blocking features. Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions do not have these call blocking capabilities but they are in need of them just as much, as they are also subject to unwanted calls. Customers are being forced to use user licenses to get call blocking features where Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions are more appropriate. You shouldn't need a full user license to block calls.

  5. When having a second call comes through while I am on my desk phone with a client, the second incoming call does not make any alert sounds/beeps/rings. It only notifies on the desk phone that there is an incoming call. It would be nice to have the desk phone beep or ring while I am on the other line to notify that a second caller is calling.

  6. When you are on an active RingCentral phone call or in a meeting, we would like to prevent your computer from engaging your screensaver when there is no keyboard or mouse activity. This is the behavior we experience with other similar applications (Webex, Teams, Zoom).

  8. We are using a Poly Trio C60 conference phone. This phone has a limit of 5 callers (phone plus 4 guests). Is there a different conference phone or is there a setting in our system that will allow us to have more than 4 guests on a conference call. We understand we could set up a Ring Central meeting, but we would prefer using the conference phone.

  9. It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

  11. I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

  12. when a number is in the process of porting, we are not able to forward to that number because the system sees it as a RingCentral number but it is not because it hasn't ported. We sometimes need to forward to a line which hasn't ported yet and can't. Please correct this. Thanks

  17. The client would like to have their 911 call from their RC phone to go directly to the local PSAP instead of going to first to the 911 national operator because this would cause delay with the emergency.

  18. SFDC Plug in doesn't warn the users, if their customers hang up the phone. In RC app users receive a dial tone/ring tone when the other party hangs up, can this be also added to SFDC plug in?
