911 call routing
The client would like to have their 911 call from their RC phone to go directly to the local PSAP instead of going to first to the 911 national operator because this would cause delay with the emergency.

Hello, I work for Northern medical. We are a critical medical office and need a fastest way to help our patients see if they care they need so a direct line to the local 911 dispatch would be critical for our improvement.
