Hold Recording Should Resume Rather Then Restart
We have a professional hold recording that talks about our business and our products. On our traditional on-prem system the MP3 would resume where it left off for each hold rather than restart. This is highly preferrable. The hold recording shouldn't restart from the beginning each time.

I agree. It’s very important for customers to hear our on hold music as it includes marketing messages. I hope RingCentral will fix this soon. Other providers like GoToConnect allow the hold music to resume from the last spot the customer was in. Five9 runs their music on a continuous hold so you will hear a random spot.
Please please please implement if at all possible

We are requesting if there is a possibility to have the custom hold music not play the music from the beginning everytime we put the customers on hold.
