  1. I think the subject line says it all. Faxing is antiquated and we don't use it. It came with Ring Central and all that I ever get on there is spam. I don't advertise a fax number and don't want it.

  3. For our business we would like to be able to text videos like we do from our non-Ring Central lines. Currently the MB limit is keeping our business team from executing this function.

  6. It is currently not possible to pause or stop recordings when the automatic call recording feature is turned on. We would like to have that ability. The current method to pause or stop a recording is only available with the on-demand (manual) recording process. Our employees may not remember to start a recording every call - and we may have some people who call and do not want to be recorded. The same option to press *9 to pause an on-demand recording should work for automatic recordings.

  7. If a user is in an appointment, away for an extended period, or on lunch, it would be helpful to forward the calls to a receptionist. Currently the call forwarding feature can only be enabled during specific times. It would be helpful to allow the user to enable call forwarding by changing their status to "do not disturb" or adding a new "call forwarding" status. That way it can be easily enabled when they know they will be away.

  10. We have several locations where there are multiple people sharing a classroom. We have a user assigned to the handset and have several presence users on the handset. They are able pickup a call to their extension but unable to use their extension to make a call. Caller ID shows the main user extension as the caller and that leads to confusion.

  11. Currently ringcentral uses "Superadmin" as a proxy-number to call any external forwarding numbers. I'd like this to be changed if possible as an option to select which "available number slot" would "you" like to be used to be displayed as an external forwarding number, or even some sort of a "name" behind the number as well.   12. For larger organizations, it is impossible to remember everyone's extension. For transferring calls, we can simply press the button for the user we wish to transfer the call to, and with presence it will blind transfer to that user. This way we only need the name of who we are transferring to, not the extension.However, with intercom we must know the extension. That is impossible if you have more than a few extensions. Please add the ability to simply press the intercom button, then the presence button for the user we wish to intercom and make that work. Intercom is…

  13. When you are leaving a VM there is an option to press # for more options. This brings up a female voice prompt with more instructions. We would like to be able to upload our own voice prompt for this. We have paid for a Voice over actor for all menus. but there is no ability to upload the Voice over actors voice prompt for this Menu

  15. It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

  17. Presently very limited Bluetooth headset compatibility. Some people can't use just any headset because of environmental conditions, comfort, etc. I've never come across another app that was so limited in headset use.

  19. A feature that allows multiple users to be able to send and receiving faxes on behalf of a shared fax user. The multiple users would be able to send faxes with the cover page reflecting the shared fax user phone numbers and details.

  20. You provide us with a Mailbox for Groups/Queues, why not allow us to program a key on the phone showing when there are messages, and providing access to those messages?
