  1. If a user is in an appointment, away for an extended period, or on lunch, it would be helpful to forward the calls to a receptionist. Currently the call forwarding feature can only be enabled during specific times. It would be helpful to allow the user to enable call forwarding by changing their status to "do not disturb" or adding a new "call forwarding" status. That way it can be easily enabled when they know they will be away.

  2. Sometimes our clients need translator services. We would like the ability to transfer our client and their translator (who's on a different line) to an extension. Currently, if we attempt this it disconnects both lines.

  3. When using actual desk phones with Ring Central, there needs to be a way to change your availability status for both as an individual and as a member of a call queue. Whether this is done via a softkey or a key combination such as *(number combination), it doesn't matter, it just needs to be something that is able to be accomplished. Currently, the only way to do this is to log into the app and toggle the availability status there.

  4. There's currently no way to enforce company-wide outbound caller ID settings, and no way to report on user who, for example, have the company number set as their outbound caller ID

  7. It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

  10. Common area phones should be able to be limited to only call 911 externally and only allow calls to other internal extensions. We would rather not have a common area phone in the food court that a customer can call out from.

  14. Presently very limited Bluetooth headset compatibility. Some people can't use just any headset because of environmental conditions, comfort, etc. I've never come across another app that was so limited in headset use.

  15. We send so many texts a day and it would be super helpful to be able to categorize them in folders. For example, a marketing folder, a working on folder, waiting for information folder....etc. Instead of having to wade through hundreds of texts to find the right one.

  18. We have several locations where there are multiple people sharing a classroom. We have a user assigned to the handset and have several presence users on the handset. They are able pickup a call to their extension but unable to use their extension to make a call. Caller ID shows the main user extension as the caller and that leads to confusion.

  19. Currently ringcentral uses "Superadmin" as a proxy-number to call any external forwarding numbers. I'd like this to be changed if possible as an option to select which "available number slot" would "you" like to be used to be displayed as an external forwarding number, or even some sort of a "name" behind the number as well.   20. When you are leaving a VM there is an option to press # for more options. This brings up a female voice prompt with more instructions. We would like to be able to upload our own voice prompt for this. We have paid for a Voice over actor for all menus. but there is no ability to upload the Voice over actors voice prompt for this Menu
