I've actually felt the need for this.
It would be great if RingCentral could send automated Slack messages in specific channels with members in them to let them know you've taken a call or making one, as well as when you've become available or unavailable (say lunch or break times.)

It would be useful for our Slack status to get updated depending on if we're on a call using the RingCentral integration for slack. If we're on a call, the status is updated to away or custom status, and this is then changed back to available when the call has ended.
