Wrap Time / After Contact Work
After Contact Work – Display and Reports. Currently when a voice interaction ends, the agent state changes to Available and the timer restricts another call until the timer expires. Optimally, we have an actual after contact state that has an expiration timer and an agent override. The ACW would need to be reportable for time in this state, especially useful if agent can end early ( for example, to be able to see that they were allocated 30 seconds and only used 8 seconds. ACW would ideally be programmable for Voice only and Voice, SMS, Email etc.

Call journey report for RCX
Currently within RCX we do not have the option to trace a call and show the call journey details like we are able to in MVP. For this specific prospect the ask was for a call journey reports that shows transfer detail, however, from a demo and overall competitive point of view it would be great if RCX can match the call journey report we have on MVP as it is a missing feature today.

Ability to cancel or extend after call wrap
Problem:
In RingCX, a customer can configure a specified amount of time for an agent to have after call work time (Wrap Time). In its current state, agents are not able to cancel the additional configured work time early or extending the time without changing their status.
Issue 1 - If a queue has a configured Work Timer configured for post call activity, if an agent is ready to take the next call early, they have no way of terminating or canceling the Work Time early and must wait until the timer expires to get the next call which and…

AI Optimal Routing based on Last Agent Sentiment, Disposition, etc.
Last Agent Sentiment Advances in AI makes optimal routing possible, routing new interactions based Last Agent Sentiment (if this customer interacted with this agent and it was positive based on agents’ availability direct new interaction to this agent. If the last interaction between this customer and the agent (who is due the next interaction) was negative, redirect to next agent skipping this potential negative conversation. This needs to be reportable that includes customer information like phone number or email for digital, the agent skipped and possibly the actual agent and the interactions sentiment outcome versus last with up/down metric showing…

In-Queue-Callback Number Restriction To Prevent Misuse
The RingCX Callback feature currently allows users to enter an alternative number for a callback, with the sole restriction being that the number must originate from the same country as the inbound ANI country code.
However, there is a potential risk of abuse by malicious actors or scammers, who could exploit this feature to generate revenue for themselves by using premium rate numbers for the callback, resulting in financial implications for our customers.
To mitigate this risk, I would like to suggest implementing the ability to restrict specific numbers from being used for callbacks by creating a blacklist.

Position in Queue Announcement
In addition to the "expected wait time," there should also be a feature option to "play position in queue." This should allow for some customization/configuration, whether that be voice styles, language, etc.

Automatic hold for warm transfers using integrated phone
Many customers would like to have a warm transferred call automatically put the far end on hold. This functionality is available within agent scripting. However, some customers use the RingEX extension integration which would require the agent scripting to use webservices. This change would give customers the ability to choose how they would like to handle warm transfers on a queue/campaign level and would alleviate the lift required to mimic this functionality.

RingCX Time Based Callback-in-Queue Offering
It is important to use time-based Callback-in-Queue so that when a queue is ending callbacks aren't left waiting until the next day. Time- based Callback offering could turn off callbacks being offered 10, 15 or 30 minutes prior to Queue closing. Phase 2 could be time and "chance of answering" using AI to determine if a callback is offered can it be answered while the Queue is active such as number of agents, active talk time versus time left in Queue before closing.

Ability to take DNC's off the List thru an upload
We currently have the ability to upload a file to add to the DNC list but we do not have the ability to upload a file to take off the DNC list. We have hundreds of records every day that we need to add and hundreds that we need to remove but currently the only way to remove them is manually one at a time. I was just at the DNC.com TCPA Summit last week and there are lawsuits in the works right now for this very reason. They are specifically looking at whether or not the clients DNC match…

Outbound WhatsApp within RCX agent UI
As an agent, the option to send a new WhatsApp message within the RCX agent UI is missing. This is available for other platforms (email, Facebook, X, etc.) but not for WhatsApp.
This is something that is available via API, so this request is specifically for the functionality to be added to the agent UI within RingCX.17 votes -
Increasing file size limit for file uploads when submitting a support ticket
File size limit is currently 2mb per any individual file. When requesting debug logs for a specific issue, most system logs are over 2mb by default. Please up the limit to possibly 3mb - 4mb, this should account for most any system log that may need to be uploaded

Customer Journey Cradle-to-Grave Report
The request is for RingCX to have a Customer Journey Cradle-to-Grave Report, showing the start to finish and reporting on Pivots between channels. If it is a telephone call the detail should focus on the contact, even if the call is transferred between agents, put on hold, etc. If it pertains to a phone call and also includes digital channels, then the digital channel information can be added as a follow up from the call.

Callback feature: add the ability for caller to record their name/message for support call back feature
When a customer is on hold an announcement informs them they can press 1 to hold their place in the queue for a call back. The next available agent receives the callback but, has no indication of who called or who to ask for when the call is completed. Is it possible for the caller to be able to leave a voicemail or at least a name?

Post Call Surveys within the Interface
The request is to bring this functionality into the User Interface. There are ways of doing this with our IVR studio but they are not 'standard'. Users would have to use javascript, agent scripting, and IVR studio scripting to get this accomplished.
