Show Caller number when specific extension will transfer the call to another extension
customer want to see caller number id when specific extension transfer the call to another extension for them to see whos calling , instead of showing extension number.

It's definitely a must for transfers to internal extensions. We had this in our old system and now many users are crying that it's not showing anymore (we changed systems 2 months ago)
For transfers to cell phones, it would be great as well but I imagine it is more complicated.

When transferring the call to an external number, the caller ID is the mainline number, not the original caller or the extension of the person who transferred the call. Regardless of how the Ring Out is set up for the person who tried to transfer the call.

This is critical for our company. Needs added soon. If a horrible antiquated company (that we had prior to RingCentral) has this feature and RingCentral doesn't, that is just sad.
