RingCX Queue/Global Phonebook used for Manual Outbound Calls
Would like to have the Global Phone book or Queue Phone book to be visible/available to the agent when doing a manual outbound call.
Currently the Global Phone Book or Queue Phone book is only useful when you do have an active call.

THIS FEATURE IS CRITICAL TO OUR DAILY WORK FLOW, WE NEED THE ABILITY TO QUICKLY REACH THE FACILITIES AS WELL AS OUR PROVIDERS. THIS FEATURE WILL BE TIME SAVING AND ALSO REDUCE THE STRESS ON OUR PHARMACY WHEN TRYING MAKE CALLS TO GET MEDS TO OUR PATIENTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IN THE END THE MAIN GOAL IS PROVING THE BEST OF CARE TO OUR PATIENTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

I have a current project and the customer needs to call 1500 remote sites from both CX agents and EX users. We're building all of these manually in our EX so that they appear in the CX directory.

100% agree with this idea request. We are aware of a method to allow the Corporate Directory be available during a manual outbound call, however, we need the global phone book to be available. Please make this possible.

I would also add the other phone books that are available on transfer currently, RIngEX directory and online agents.
