If you look at Metrics In Column, it would be really good to have the checkbox "visible" there, this way, it's part of the build process and as @Gareth said, we can do a lot of nested complex calculations across various parameters.

Yes, this would be good to have in ISO time format so we can then use it in Excel and Libre Office for reporting and analytics.

I may be missing something, but this is already in RIngCentral when you add a user.
Please can you confirm if you mean this in another part of the RingCentral suite - this screenshot is in RingCentral RingEX.

I have a lot of clients who will use this for remotely supporting staff who have full RC accounts, but don't have the RingCentral app installed (uses J.W.app)
