We are an online remote operating service and staff are intimated to have the camera watching them 9 to 5pm. Can they switch to an avatar setting and only if we wave to them, they come on screen.

Participant Name on Video Meeting when using the Dial in by number option.
Currently if someone uses the dial in option to join a meeting the number will be displayed. It would be great to have the option to type in the name aside from the number.

allow use of zoom link without download of Ring Central
When we send our customers a meeting link, they have to download ring central specifically just to join. its an irritant to our customers.

Share host Audio in RC Video in Desktop App
RingCentral Meetings and Zoom support sharing Host audio to a presentation. From our testing yesterday this is possible IF the RC Video session is started from the web app, but not if started from the all-in-one desktop app.Why:It is often useful for a host to share not just an image, but sound as well, in a meeting or presentation.

Ability to disable hold music in RCV joined via dial in
When I join a meeting via dial in audio and I am the only person there, music plays. This continues until someone else joins the call. In instances where attendees are late, this may go on for > 15mins with no way to disable it.

Super Admin should have total control
What is the point of a Super Admin role if the Super Admin only acts as a regular Admin. Your knowledgebase conflicts with the app's reality. A Super Admin should be able to add Team Admins and remove Team Admins regardless of who created the Team. The S.A. should be able to rename Teams and folders regardless of who created them in the first place. Simply put, the Super Admin should be in God Mode and can change anything in the account since the Super Admin created the original account and owns it.

Option to prevent participants to rejoin (kicked participants)
I'm a new employee of RingCentral and I saw something we can make changes or improve when we or our clients are using our RingCentral Video. We all know that there are times when our meeting links have been compromised. Someone not from our organization or company was able to obtain an invite link to join our RingCentral Video/Meeting. Yes, we have the ability to kick out that someone, however, as long as that someone has the link to the RingCentral Video/Meeting; they can still come back in.So, I suggest we add an option before kicking someone out. Elapsed timer on RCV is not yet available

Status time on MVP
We would like to have view how long someone's status for example away for 10 minutes. It would be nice for managers and supervises. This is for users that are not in MaxAgent. This is preventing us from moving to MS Teams.
