Hide Non - Video Participants
Currently the Ring Central platform shows cell phone number as two separate users. In other planforms there is a way to "Hide Non-Video Participants". I suggest that Ring Central add a way to hide the cell phone numbers of those who enter a video call using their cell.

change the name of the videos you record
I like to record my meetings with desktop sharing as a resource for something done. It would be nice to be able to change the name of the video as it will have my name meeting by default and If i forget to change the name of the meeting. This would be great to be able to change the name to reference the work that was done during the meeting.

Play announcement to say that video meeting is being recorded
The request is to be able to play an announcement to say that the meeting is being recorded, both before someone enters the meeting and/or when the recording starts. This would be especially helpful for those who join by dialing in, as they are not able to view where it says that it is being recorded.

Add Bookmark option for Favorite Meetings or PMI's
Most of the cases we have repeated meetings or scheduled for a period. For these every time we need to Copy PMI from Schedule and Pasting in Join meeting Popup. If we Have BOOKMARK feature that will help us to join immediately from Video Menu.

Add Time Zone Designation for Organizer of Call
The call Organizer should be able to designate the time zone of a scheduled meeting directly on the scheduling page. Currently, the scheduling time is fixed to the organizers extension. Example: If I'm in an airport using my laptop, I can't schedule the video call to line up with my current time zone for that airport.

Customizable Waiting Room in RingCentral Video
RingCentral Video's waiting room should be customizable, like the Zoom-based RingCentral Meetings' waiting room was. It should allow customizable text and uploading of company logo. The customization is important for company branding and professionalism and promotes participant confidence that they are connecting to the right company. It also allows the company to provide a short message to participants.

Add meeting info to top of calendar invite
When using RingCentral schedule in Outlook my users would like to see the meeting info getting pasted into the calendar event at the top of the email. Currently if they add extra info, once the meeting is created it gets added to the bottom of the list.

Larger font for "Join from Browser"
When clicking on the link to join a meeting, the "join from browser" option is at the very bottom of the webpage and seems to be overshadowed by the "launch meeting" option. Some people miss it or do not see it when connecting to the meeting and would prefer to join from the browser instead of downloading the app. Would it be possible to have that option moved higher, right below the launch meeting button or maybe make the font for it bigger so it is more noticeable?

Facebook Portal is an $100 Video Conference Unit that allows SME's to cost-effectively integrate Room-based units into Video Meetings. They have a model whereby 3rd Parties can use the platform - Zoom for example can be used. It makes for a great differentiator against MS Teams!

Provide Fade-out option for Weatherman/Presenter Mode
The request is for a "Weatherman/Presenter Mode" to have a fade out option available. If a user goes into presentation mode, then after the predefined time (30 secs, 1 min, etc.), the presenter's image fades out completely from view. Weatherman is a very nice way to tie your image to a presentation in a personal way. However, after a very short amount of time it becomes distracting and a focal point over the intended presentation. Anonymize RCV participants by host
The request is for a host or participants to be able to anonymize their telephone number if dialing in from phone. For example, if the CEO joins the meeting from a home phone, we need to anonymize or hide that telephone number so that its not public facing.

Add RCV Outlook plugin that works from Outlook Mail tab
Our company has been using RingCentral Meetings for quite some time now, and this was a smooth rollout using the Ring Central Meetings for Outlook plugin. People in our company when in Outlook are on the mail page 90% of the time and having the option to schedule or start an instant meeting right on that page made it quick and easy. This I believe is the main reason RingCentral meetings was adopted so quickly and we were not pressured by the Execs to visit Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms. See the list of participants dial-into conference line
I'd like to see all participants either during or after the call. I'm not seeing who is dialed into a specific conference number (host/participant code). Another feature request that i've seen with other vendors is the ability for RC to call the participant when ready to join the call. So participant only has to click a link and type in their own number, rather than have to type in the conf number and participant code

Display profile of meeting attendees
I am in a customer facing role. In many of the meetings I attend, I find I spend a fair amount of time & mental focus trying to understand who the other people are in the meeting and why they are there. E.g., does person A report to person B? Is person C an RC Salesperson or the Partner? Why does person D keep steering the conversation towards topic X?
